Atlas account control · Data deletion
You can request deletion without opening the app or signing in. Atlas verifies ownership before deleting the account so another person cannot erase your research archive.
Deletion request route available
Email support from the address associated with your Atlas account and state that you want the account deleted.
Send the request from the account email where possible. If you no longer control that address, explain this in the message so Atlas can provide an alternative verification route.

Atlas confirms the request came from the account owner before deleting saved research and identity records.
Support confirms when deletion is complete or explains any record that must be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or security obligations.
Deleting the mobile app removes local app data from the device, but it does not by itself delete the Atlas account. Use the request route above for account deletion.
Account profile data, saved watchlist entries, saved-research links, application preferences and account-owned Atlas archive associations are deleted after ownership verification.
Minimum billing, tax, legal, fraud-prevention and security records may be retained only where required. Payment-card details remain in Stripe custody and are not stored on FreedomCore servers.
Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions. Cancel an active subscription through the payment channel used to purchase it, then request account deletion if you also want the Atlas identity and research state removed.
