MAVERICK is the existing crypto execution system. It scans 88 crypto futures markets, manages the active crypto rail, and keeps the Streamline data spine close to the live decision loop.
Maverick Markets Index Edition is separate. It exists so MES and MNQ can be monitored like Streamline klines without mixing CME futures state into the live crypto engine. It currently mirrors paper decisions, checks feed quality and session eligibility, and exposes a public-safe monitor only.
CME trading hours are not bypassed. Outside the exchange session the Index rail can observe context and mark the feed consistent or stale, but it cannot submit CME futures orders and it will not pretend a closed venue is open.
The rule is simple: crypto live truth stays crypto live truth; Index Edition stays paper/no-submit until feed, broker, risk, reconciliation, and operator gates are ready. That separation is now visible on the landing page.
