Atlas Privacy

Atlas privacy, in plain English.

Atlas stores the minimum it needs to run a research desk, keeps billing identity with Stripe, and runs no third-party ad trackers. Here is exactly what exists and where it lives.

Research requests

Atlas logs enough request metadata to enforce usage caps, keep your research history, debug failures, and prove delivery state. The shape is structured: template, ticker, output style, tier, source state, and timestamps. Your research history is yours — it exists so the desk can show it back to you.

Email

Email delivery requires a confirmed address. Receipt rows track requested → queued → sent / failed / unsubscribed states, so Atlas never pretends an email was delivered when it was not. One-tap resend uses the same audited rail.

Billing identity lives with Stripe

Atlas holds no card details and no password database for subscribers. Checkout, card storage, and subscription state are Stripe's, at PCI DSS Level 1. Atlas receives cryptographically signed webhook confirmations — payment happened, tier changed — never the card. Subscription state is read from Stripe as the single source of truth.

What Atlas Pro unlocks

Atlas Pro grants Atlas scope only. It does not unlock Maverick, SHADOW, Arena, or Pumphouse paid surfaces, and none of those systems can read your Atlas research history.

Verification

The security posture protecting this data — A+ TLS, A+ headers, hash-locked scripts, strict content security — was audited and signed by Claude Fable 5 (Anthropic) and is independently re-testable by anyone: read the audit.
